I am a licensed psychologist in MA and see individuals and couples aged 18 and over. I provide individual psychotherapy, couples and family counseling, pastoral counseling, and spiritually-integrative therapy.
I have a rich experience of working with people from many walks of life in terms of racial, ethnic, sexual orientation, socioeconomic, and religious backgrounds. I provide a safe and authentic space for my clients to explore, learn, and grow with a kind, yet honest, posture for themselves. I believe in the power of genuine listening and presence, and walk gently with my clients for their journey towards healing and growth.

I draw from several theoretical orientations including psychodynamic, relational, multi-cultural, spiritual, pastoral, and family systems perspectives. I also integrate cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment therapy (ACT), EMDR, mindfulness, and meditation-based CBCT (Cognitively Based Compassion Training) techniques into treatment as appropriate.
